The family was residing at Knoxville, Texas when Margaret Jane died. William H. Willson taught school there. 1860 Census of Cherokee County shows William H. Willson was born in Pennsylvania.
J. M. Willson is found in 1880 Census Rusk County, Texas. He appears to be
living in the household of his brother-in-law William Hill.

As much as I would like to claim the Wm. H. Willson found in 1880 Census Rusk
County, Texas it appears he is not ours. I believe our William H. Willson to be
the one found in Johnson County, Texas. However he appears to be the
one in marriage record above.
